The German Rectors’ Conference has spoken out in favor of a culture of sustainability at universities. But what characterizes a culture of sustainability at universities and in the higher education system? How can a cultural change be supported?
As part of the funding guideline “Transformation paths for sustainable universities”, the accompanying research TraNHSform is organizing a hub series on various cross-project, relevant topics.
At the start of this hub series, we presented our understanding of our work (based on DUZ article in DUZ Wissenschaft & Management, 02/2024) and then discussed in plenary and break-out sessions how sustainability can become the new normal at universities.
